Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Houston, TX. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities to generate and grow sales. Daily responsibilities include creating proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and overseeing project timelines. The Account Executive will also be expected to attend client meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship management skills to build and sustain long-term client partnerships
• Sales and negotiation skills to manage opportunities, close deals, and meet sales targets
• Project management and organizational skills to oversee project timelines, coordinate with teams, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client meetings and proposal development
• Basic knowledge or experience in the signage or related industries is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, and reliable transportation

Pay :

Base Salary -$750-$1,000 week depending on yout experience

Comissions - 2%-6% depending on your ability to estimate and Project Manage

Bonus - Monthly Bonus for hitting targets and above can be up to $1,900 additional to comissions and salary.
