Corporate Development Manager

A company is looking for a Corporate Development professional.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a real-time view of the fraud and identity ecosystem to source and prioritize partnership and acquisition opportunities

Lead evaluations of opportunities, assessing product fit, strategic alignment, market sizing, and financials

Drive cross-functional diligence and deal execution, coordinating workstreams and ensuring clear decisions and timelines

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sourcing, assessing, and executing M&A or partnership opportunities within the identity and fraud ecosystem

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Experience working cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
