Job Summary :

The Client is seeking a Technical Analyst to support the development, integration, and testing of data systems, including COPS 2.0 and legacy applications. The candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business users by analyzing requirements and ensuring successful data implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze business and technical requirements and develop system specifications.

Document data flows, data mappings, and interface definitions.

Support ETL processes, API integration, and batch jobs.

Conduct data validation, QA testing, and exception handling.

Assist with root cause analysis for data issues and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and QA to ensure accurate technical implementation.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

5+ years of experience in technical systems analysis or data integration.

Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.

Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and APIs.

Knowledge of pension systems or financial applications preferred.

Ability to write technical documentation and test cases.
