We are looking for awesome swim instructors who will be an integral member of our teaching team; this is a most critical position getting to do what we do best; teach kids of all ages how to swim! And rock the customers experience.

Safety Safety Safety : as our swim instruction team and a member of our safety team you will be responsible for assisting in the safety of our customers (parents and children of course) instructors and anyone in or around the pool area.

Swim Instructor Job Description

Reports to : Vice President-Aquatics

Description : SafeSplash Swim Instructors are responsible for upholding and teaching in accordance to the SafeSplash Swim School teaching certification and curriculum.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :

Qualifications Wish List (and a few must haves) :

Must have 2 years of swim instruction experience

Must Have Red Cross LIfeguard and CPR / AED certification for adult infant and child

WSI a bonus

Special consideration given to instructors with multiple years of experience teaching children aged 6 months to 10 years and / or special needs children

Must be able to lift push and pull up to 75lbs.

Hours : 3-40 hours per week

Compensation : Commensurate with experience and skills

Benefits / Perks (may vary by location) :

Compensation : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Compensation : $17.00 per hour
