Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care for diverse patient needs, including :
Post-operative care for craniotomy patients and spinal surgeries.Management of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program.Handling a high volume of cervical and spinal surgery cases.This role offers exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques at the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII).

Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the AHA.Educational Requirements :
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Experience :

Strong focus on holistic patient care.Ability to adapt to changes and respond confidently.Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Capacity to make independent, critical decisions.Physical Requirements :
