Position Overview :

Are you a seasoned in-home sales professional with a proven track record of success Do you thrive on closing high-value deals and building lasting client relationships Are you sick of putting miles on your own car Tired of not getting paid for your exceptional performance If so we want to hear from you!

In this role youll connect with homeowners presenting solutions that meet their needs while achieving personal and company sales goals. Youll have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and enjoy unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inside or direct sales is required preferably within the home services industry.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads and closing sales is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience assessing measuring and providing estimates within the home improvement is preferred.
  • Must be available to work both evenings and weekends in addition to the full-time 1st shift work schedule.
  • A valid Drivers License along with a clean driving record is required. A company vehicle will be provided.
  • Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-home sales consultations with prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Consistently close sales with an average of $20000 per transaction.
  • Generate and manage leads through self-driven initiatives and company-provided opportunities.
  • Stay organized by maintaining accurate records of appointments follow-ups and closed deals.
  • Compensated to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

    • Compensation : $150000.00 - $200000.00 per year
