Responsibilities

  • Develop ETL pipelines from various data repositories to load into various stages of the data platform using a variety of tools and platforms including Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborate with a team to design and implement data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and support decision-making
  • Develop administration processes to monitor pipeline performance, resource usage, and failure
  • Develop data lake and warehouse architectures that support business objectives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing and building data pipelines including working through edge cases related to mitigating data source limitations
  • 4+ years of cloud experience ideally in Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, and other Azure services or significant experience in other cloud platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Programming experience in one or more languages such as Python or R and support libraries such as Pyspark, NumPy, and Pandas
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques
  • Extensive experience with SQL and other database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment; work in our Indianapolis office or at the client location three days per week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require visa sponsorship

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Client-facing consulting experience
  • Experience as a team member on agile teams
  • Experience with DevOps practices such as CI / CD and advanced source control practices
  • Certifications related to Azure, Power Platform, AWS or Power BI
  • Experience developing Snowflake based solutions
