Role Details for the Regional Medical Director, Primary Care Position

Work closely with the Regional Operations Directors, Regional APP Leads, and Practice Managers in oversight of the clinical operations in the Primary Care practices within a defined Region
Work with senior leaders to develop Primary Care strategy and translate that into effective operations to meet the goals of the organization and system.
Responsible for oversight, administration and management of physician and APP provider staff.
Responsible for quality monitoring and improvement and standardization efforts, using the tools and infrastructure available including key data dashboards.
Responsible for hiring new provider colleagues, as well as overseeing orientation and onboarding activities for all new hires.
