Sales Executive

As we continue expanding, we're seeking a driven, experienced Sales Executive to join our team and help lead our next stage of growth. This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes business developmenta self-starter who has built pipelines from scratch, delivered real results, and understands how to turn conversations into contracts. You'll be joining a team with a strong operational backbone and a large list of dormant leads that can be revived. But we're not hiring a closerwe're hiring a builder. Someone who can step into this role with a sharp strategy, a proven track record, and an instinct for creating momentum where others stall.
This is a full-time, in-office role based out of our Hackensack headquarters. You'll be expected to be in the office daily and out in the field regularlymeeting clients, attending industry events, scheduling face-to-face conversations, and even knocking on doors when needed. This is a hands-on, active role meant for someone who wants to be in front of people, not behind a desk all day.
You'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in our core industriesreal estate, ABA therapy, and financial services. These are industries with high standards and unique challenges, so your approach needs to be consultative and solutions-focused. You should be comfortable engaging senior decision-makers, understanding their technical environments and pain points, and translating our service offerings into clear, customized solutions.
This role demands someone who is both a hunter and a strategist. You'll have access to a significant pipeline of past prospects, inquiries, and prior leads that have gone cold or slipped through the cracks. A big part of your early success will come from reactivating these contacts and creating movement where others haven't. But long term, you will be measured on your ability to consistently generate net new leads and deals. That means building relationships from scratch, opening new doors, and consistently planting seeds that lead to future business.
We're not looking for someone who just talks the talk. We're looking for someone who's been in the trenches and has closed serious dealssomeone who can walk into a business, understand their IT situation, and quickly identify whether we can provide a better path forward.
