Family Medicine Physician

Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced BC / BE Family Medicine Physician to join an established team of four (4) providers in our Tully Ambulatory Center office in downtown Stamford, CT.

Our ideal candidate is patient-centered and energetic with the desire to provide excellent care in an outpatient setting. One of the providers will be relocating out of the area, and will leave behind a large panel of patients, so the incoming physician will be busy from day one!

100% outpatient, M - F

• Established team of 4 providers
• 4.5 days with 1 / 2 days for administrative duties
• Call is 1 : 5, all phone call, and very light

• See approximately 20 patients per day
