Who We Are Looking For :

Are you the Behavior Management Monitor we've been looking for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by supporting our clients to achieve their goals!

JRI's In-Home Behavioral Services are behaviorally-driven, therapeutic intervention models aimed at reducing children's and youth's challenging behaviors that are interfering with their daily functioning. Services are delivered by highly skilled therapists and behavior monitors. Our teams work closely with children and families, in their homes and communities. Our strategies and interventions are designed to meet the specific needs of each child or youth referred to the program. Our goal is to reduce the child's challenging behaviors, provide relief and support, and sustainable solutions.

Salary : $44,000 - $48,000

Sign-on Bonus : We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.

Schedule : This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings to meet the needs of families.

What You'll Do :

In this position, you will support families in implementing behavior plans, monitoring the youth's behavior through various data collection methods, coaching, modeling and assisting caregivers with the developed strategies and interventions.

You will work both independently and collaboratively alongside the Therapist and other team members. The ideal candidate will have self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Additionally, flexibility is essential, as this position requires availability for early mornings and evenings.

Requirements :

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited university, accompanied by one (1) year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families needing behavior management for mental health issues, OR
  • An associate's degree with at least two (2) years of relevant direct service experience with youth and families requiring behavior management for mental health support.
  • Strong ability to communicate ideas effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft computer systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
