LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Woodland Hills . This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile :

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

Active Bar Admission in California .

3+ years of substantive experience in labor and employment litigation is preferred; other civil litigation experience will be considered .

• Wage & Hour and PAGA experience is advantageous.

Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in complex labor and employment , commercial , and privacy litigation matters.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on single plaintiff FEHA matters , wage & hour claims , PAGA claims , and class action work .

Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.

Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.
