Director of Manufacturing Engineering

Director of Manufacturing to lead aerospace manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage production teams.

What is needed :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, including managing staff.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like LEAN and Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with assembly, welding, brazing, machining processes.
• Experience in build-to-order manufacturing management in medium volume / high-mix environments, preferably aerospace or military industries.
• Proficiency in MRP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• US person- sponsorship not offered now or in the future
