Pay Rate : $150 000-175 000

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance and planning for not-for-profit clients. This role involves preparing and reviewing complex tax filings, identifying potential tax issues, and providing strategic tax advice. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and manage a team of tax professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review complex Forms 990, 990-PF, and 990-T.
• Advise clients on exempt organization tax issues and reporting requirements.
• Ensure client and internal team compliance with tax regulations and firm standards.
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
• Conduct tax research and communicate findings clearly to clients and team members.
• Train and supervise staff, providing guidance on tax planning and compliance.
• Collaborate with tax partners to deliver high-quality client service.
