Job Posting – Family Law Associate Attorney

Location : Colorado (Remote / Hybrid Flexibility)

Schedule : Full-Time

Compensation : $75,000–$110,000 DOE + Bonus

Spanish Fluency : Preferred (Bonus Eligible)

We’re growing our family law team and are looking for an associate attorney who is committed to client-centered service, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of their cases.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of family law matters : divorce, custody / APR, child support, protection orders, post-decree cases
• Appear in court (remote and in-person, primarily across metro areas)
• Draft motions, parenting plans, disclosures, and other legal filings
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and your team
• Track time accurately and meet reasonable productivity goals
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to drive excellent outcomes
