General Purpose Of Job :

The manager oversees a specific area of service and supports the direct operation of DCH RGV vision of excellent and integrated patient care delivery; designs processes for service delivery; engenders and participates in collaborative decision-making; ensures compliance with established standards; and contributes to creating an environment that fosters patient advocacy, competence, and accountability for patient outcomes at the unit level.

Education / Experience / License / Certifications :

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current Texas RN License
• 5 years related experience in area of expertise preferred
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills in hospital related activities
• BLS and PALS Certified
