The Department of Art and Design at Augusta University seeks outstanding applicants for a full-time lecturer in Animation. This person will teach four animation and / or foundation-level studio courses in-person per semester. In addition, the lecturer will also advise Art & Design students. This is a non-tenure-track faculty position (9-month contract).

MFA or equivalent terminal degree in the appropriate discipline or its equivalent in training, ability, or experience.

An established record of teaching experience and industry experience, artistic practice, or publication.
Shift / Salary / Benefits
This position is academic year based and typically works August through May, depending on dates outlined in offer letter and yearly contract.
The intended work commitment or full-time equivalent (FTE) for this position is 1.0.
Lecturer : $50,000 - $56,000 - The salary is subject to availability of funds.
