POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant with a strong foundation in accounting principles and general ledger management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll-related financial data.

As a key member of the Finance and Accounting team, you will be responsible for recording, analyzing, and reconciling payroll transactions in alignment with accounting standards. You’ll collaborate closely with Payroll, HR, HRIS, and Finance to ensure payroll liabilities are properly accounted for and reflected in the company’s financial statements.

KEY ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare journal entries related to payroll in PDI.
• Calculate and record payroll accruals for fiscal periods.
• Reconcile General Ledger Balance Sheet accounts using Blackline.
• Analyze payroll data and generate financial reports for management.
• Ensure payroll transactions are compliant with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation of internal controls and support audit processes including payroll, internal control, and year-end financial statement audits.
• Monitor and implement changes in accounting standards and payroll regulations, ensuring proper documentation and training.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
