Primary Care Physician

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join its growing team at PMG Wilsonville. We are looking for a Family Medicine physician -OR- outpatient Internal Medicine physician to deliver broad scope primary care for children, families, adults & geriatric patients in the community. You'll be part of an integrative primary care team including embedded APPs who will support your panel and some in basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, along with case management support. Located in Clackamas County, this charming, family-friendly suburb is located on Willamette River just 17 miles from downtown Portland, Oregon.
- Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
- 4 to 5 days / week schedule; Monday to Friday
- Board-certified or board-eligible FM & IM physicians welcome to apply
- 2-year guaranteed salary (with higher starting base for experienced physicians), generous quality incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available
