- Interpret financial data to create comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Actively build and maintain strong client relationships
- Exhibit exemplary sales and negotiation capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Adhere to all applicable compliance requirements Qualifications :
- Series 7 License
- Series 66 (63 / 65) License
- Insurance Licenses
- CFP ® preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial services or insurance sales
- Ability to analyze financial data and propose financial plans
- Knowledge of relevant financial products and services
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to develop and present in-depth presentations and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of compliance requirements Compensation : $225,000 - $300,000 at plan earnings
