Marketing Coordinator

The Company is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work with the Vice President of Sales to define and achieve sales goals through marketing and business development activities. Monitor, review, and report the status of marketing plans and projects to management. Build brand awareness with Realtors, businesses, major employers, relocation companies, and other potential business affiliates in the area to establish a grassroots marketing system. Manage new community / model setup. Oversee MLS activities. Conduct new hire sales office orientations. Provide HubSpot training to new hires Analyze current market conditions, customer research, and competitor information to make suggestions for increasing market capture for existing and new communities. Monitor and manage the division Sales Teams' CRM performance. Intercept leads from websites such as Realtor.com and other syndicated sites.
