Neo Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Portuguese speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Portuguese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Portuguese through chats & emails.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
