This position is a Pay per visit compensation model.

Pay per visit ranges from $80 - $100 / visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.  The compensation reflected on this posting is an estimate of yearly compensation.

As a team, we travel to patients' homes throughout the day, delivering personalized care that helps patients empower themselves. Collaborating with skilled professionals in a supportive environment, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to holistic patient care.

As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT), you will play a crucial role in providing optimum care to our home-bound patients. Working under the direction of the attending physician, you will evaluate, supervise, and provide occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and independence of our patients. All documentation is done electronically using a smartphone provided by Lorian.
