Campus Guest Experience Coordinator St. Ambrose University is seeking a highly organized and personable Campus Guest Experience Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of campus visits for prospective students and their families. This role is central to creating a welcoming and impactful first impression of the university.

As the Campus Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll work across departments to manage visit logistics, schedule personalized experiences using our CRM system, and ensure each guest receives a warm, informative, and memorable visit. You'll also assist with recruitment events and collaborate closely with the Director of Campus Guest Experience to support broader enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and oversee daily campus visits and special visit events.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to customize visit experiences.
• Use CRM tools to manage visit scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of student visit assistants.
• Foster a culture of hospitality and excellence in all guest interactions.
