BONFE- CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Shift Hours : Monday Friday

  • 11 : 30AM-8 : 00PM
  • 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM

Shift Hours : Friday Monday

  • 9 : 30AM-8 : 00PM

  • What Youll Do :

    As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the voice of Bonfe : Creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions.

    Daily Responsibilities Include :

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs
  • Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication
  • Advocate for both the customer and Bonfes reputation
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and career development

  • Preferred Experience :

  • Customer service experience (call center background is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
