Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in HVAC systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety best practices.
• Teach both classroom and lab-based courses using an established curriculum.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
• Support a diverse student population with varying levels of technical experience.
• Stay up to date with current HVAC technologies, codes, and best practices to continuously improve course content.
• Collaborate with program staff and leadership to enhance student and program success.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
