Position Summary : The ideal candidate will reside in : Bethlehem, PA; Allentown, PA; or Morristown, NJ

Responsibilities : Essential Duties

• Calls on current customers and prospects; provides technical, marketing, and administrative product information and demonstrations; quotes appropriate customer prices using online quoting system.
• Provides product specific information for the best therapeutic outcome for patient. Effectively explain advanced characteristics and features of Neuro products to Operating Room staff & Surgeon.
• Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Provides training and in-services for Neurosurgical equipment.
• Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with Company policy, acts as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments
• Maintains account records and reports activities and submits as required
• Manages and submits sales expenses in accordance with budget

Effectively manages personal sales sample inventory and ensure Setworld product is returned in a timely manner per company SOP.The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.General : It shall be the duty of every employee while at work to take a reasonable care for safety and health of himself / herself and other persons.

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to : skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
