ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a vital clinical team member, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working alongside medical providers, and contributing to a supportive, collaborative environment. Your Impact

• Patient Care & Triage : Conduct comprehensive patient triage by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and performing observational examinations to identify immediate healthcare needs.

Assist with patient exams, ensuring all necessary equipment and documentation are prepared, while supporting providers during testing and procedures.

Perform diagnostic and testing procedures, including vision, hearing, drug screens, breath alcohol testing, spirometry, and more.

Maintain accurate electronic medical records, documenting patient histories and treatment details.

Ensure medical instruments and equipment are clean, sterilized, and maintained per organizational policies.

Communicate effectively and efficiently with providers and other healthcare professionals to relay patient information and updates.

Required Availability

For full-time : Must be able to work three (3) 12-hour shifts a week with at least four (4) shifts a month on a Saturday or Sunday.

Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects the potential compensation for this role within this region. Final compensation is determined at the conclusion of the interview process. $29.43-$43.78 USD
