Night Auditor

Our client, a respected college in Beverly, MA is seeking a

Night Auditor

to join their team. This overnight role runs from 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM on Mondays and Fridays, offering $21-$24 / hour and includes free on-site parking .

The position supports overnight front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist guests during overnight check-ins and check-outs

Monitor property security and respond to any safety concerns

Run and reconcile nightly audit and financial reports

Manage overnight inquiries, wake-up calls, and reservations

Maintain accuracy in guest accounts and resolve discrepancies

Perform light cleaning / upkeep in the lobby as needed

Candidate Qualifications :

Prior reception or front desk experience preferred

Basic accounting or auditing knowledge a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking systems

Strong customer service and communication skills

Dependable, organized, and able to work independently during overnight hours
