What you’ll lead
- End-to-end plant operations across Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Maintenance, Inventory / Logistics, Quality, Safety, Finance, and HR
- IT systems and infrastructure that keep operations connected and efficient
- Vendor, customer, and global corporate relationships that fuel performance

Operational excellence : Increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across departmentsCustomer commitments : Protect on-time delivery and quality to sustain high satisfaction levelsProgram leadership : Direct tooling and equipment build projects—develop timelines, plan shift schedules, and publish weekly status updatesProject execution : Oversee supply chain planning, make / buy decisions, final machine acceptance, and customer handoffKPI ownership : Monitor EBITDA, gross margin, labor allocation, and inventory; run weekly KPI cadences and deliver detailed monthly performance reports to corporateCompliance : Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulationsCollaboration : Partner closely with Sales, Parts & Service, and IT to remove roadblocks and accelerate outcomesFinancial stewardship : Align operations with corporate cost control and cash flow directivesQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field5–10 years in manufacturing or machine shop operations, including 3+ years in a leadership roleStrong hands-on background in CNC machining, including machine operationProven track record meeting plant performance targetsProficiency with ERP systems and lean manufacturing principlesRobust knowledge of supply chain, production planning, quality assurance, and safety protocolsExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsThrives in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environmentFrench language skills a plusCore proficiencies
