About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to provide strategic leadership for all technology, data, and reporting initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, and the design and implementation of enterprise-wide analytics and AI-driven reporting solutions. This role requires a professional who can combine operational excellence with innovative thinking to enable data-driven decision-making, ensure compliance and security, and scale technology solutions to support growth and clinical excellence. The VP of IT will also be tasked with developing and executing the overall IT strategy, leading the design and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, and driving enterprise-wide data governance.

Applicants for the VP of IT position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably within healthcare, hospice, or multi-entity organizations. The role demands a proven track record in leading enterprise IT operations, data infrastructure, analytics, and AI initiatives, as well as strong knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise software, and data architecture. The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional projects. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and data privacy standards, is essential. The VP of IT will also be expected to champion innovative solutions that enhance clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
