Job Responsibilities
The Ryan White Hope Center is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Budget Analyst 3 who's ready to make an impact through strong financial leadership and strategic insight. In this role, you'll take the lead on budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to help ensure programs run efficiently and resources are used effectively. You'll have the opportunity to influence key financial decisions, manage grant funds, and support smooth audit processes - all while helping advance the Hope Center's mission of serving our community. Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Minimum Qualifications
or
Two (2) years of experience at the lower level Budget Analyst 2 (FIP011) or equivalent position.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications or experience
At least 2 years of experience in Grant Management Financial Experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
