Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage omnichannel communications for member and provider audiences across various channels
Oversee daily monitoring, quality checks, and issue resolution to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage deployment of client-driven and regulatory updates, ensuring timelines and compliance requirements are met
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in omnichannel communication operations or related project management
3+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or other regulated industries
Strong experience with print communications and production workflows
Hands-on experience with digital communication channels (email, SMS, automated voice, etc.)
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
