Your Day-to-Day :

Review and verify medication orders to keep patients safe and treatments effective

Join rounds with physicians and nurses, offering guidance and clinical support

Help the hospital transition smoothly to EPIC, ensuring workflows run efficiently

Educate and support staff on new protocols and best practices

Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and regulations

Who Were Looking For :

CA licensed Pharmacist

Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital / inpatient pharmacy experience or recent completion of PGY1 Residency in general or acute care pharmacy.

Experience with EPICpreferred
