About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contact Center Agent to join our Customer Support team on a work-from-home basis. In this full-time, hourly position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. What You'll Do

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in English, addressing questions, concerns, and challenges with empathy and effectiveness.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate solutions or escalating to necessary teams.
  • Document and update customer interactions and account details in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow established scripts, workflows, and procedures to maintain a consistent standard of service and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to identify trends in customer concerns and opportunities to improve processes.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and call quality scores.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of company products, services, and updates to provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or contact center environment, preferably in a remote capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on active listening and clarity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Comfortable using technology and proficient in navigating CRM platforms, chat software, and other contact center tools.
  • Ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection and remote workspace.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required by the business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    19.44 - 30.92 USD per hour(Remote (Gainesville, Florida, US))
