Insurance Defense Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a premier AV-rated full-service law firm. The firm has been fortunate to represent numerous clients who are members of the Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 lists of multinational corporations. With 5–8 years of insurance defense experience, the ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in trial advocacy, risk assessment, and client communication. This role offers a leadership opportunity to mentor junior attorneys and shape litigation strategies across diverse cases.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Manage high-exposure insurance defense cases from inception through trial, including complex personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims.
- Conduct strategic analysis of cases to formulate winning defense strategies.
- Attend trials, arbitrations, and high-level mediations as lead counsel.
- Oversee and mentor junior associates, providing guidance on case management and litigation tactics.
- Develop client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional advocacy.
