Your Mission : You will be the trusted insurance professional for our clients. Your primary role is to ensure they have the protection they need to secure their goals, using our proven systems to guide them with simple, honest advice. You will call and meet new and existing clients, uncover their goals, and provide them with the protection they want. This is not a service role. You will be on the front lines, generating new business and helping our existing policyholders build their personal Wall of Protection.

This role is for someone who wants their effort to directly translate into their income and career growth. We provide the playbook and the training; you provide the drive and great attitude.

The Opportunity : This is a high-reward role. Your effort directly determines your income. The position includes a starting base salary of $18 / hr. (commensurate with experience) plus a significant commission structure. Top specialists can earn 2-3 times their base salary when they focus on protecting customers and growing our policyholder base.
