Job Title : Lead Security Engineer - Reviewer

Clearance : Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Location : Alexandria, VA

We are seeking a mission-focused Lead Security Engineer to support a Department of War (DoW) cybersecurity program. In this role, you will lead a team providing system assessments and preparing for Cyber Readiness Inspections.

Job Description

Conduct reviews on devices, systems, or services using the appropriate Security Resource Guide (SRG) and / or Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)

• Evaluate results and produce scoring and review summaries upon completion of review.
• Perform ad-hoc assessments, provide scoring and review summary as directed by Team Lead.
• Coordinate with VAT to schedule (dot) Audit scans for assessments.
• Develop ACAS reports to track the Vulnerability Per Hosts metric using the DOD scoring methodology.
• Review and update readiness inspection scoring reports, spread sheets, and databases.
• Assist with setting up executive level and CCRI based meeting and briefings as needed.
• Identify discrepancies found within eMASS and / or vulnerability database of record.

Minimum Requirements

Possess one of the following certfications : Cisco CCNP Security, CompTIA CASP+, ISACA CISA, ISC2 CISSP
