Responsibilities :

Perform routine and emergency repairs, including equipment, carpentry, plumbing, and minor HVAC.

Complete resident work orders promptly and efficiently.

Maintain common areas and grounds to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Assist with apartment turnovers and furniture moving.

Adhere to safety procedures and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1-2 years of building maintenance experience.

EPA I certification is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and push / pull up to 80 lbs.

Ability to bend, climb, and occasionally assist residents.

Adequate hearing and vision.

• Pay : $19 / hr to start, higher pay possible with experience.
