Business Intelligence Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst II to produce operational, financial, effectiveness, and market intelligence data. Key Responsibilities Formulate analysis plans and develop research guides to capture necessary data for actionable analysis Collect and validate research data from various internal and external sources Conduct analysis using statistical techniques and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of business intelligence experience Full competency in SQL and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (strongly preferred) Familiarity with Snowflake and SAS platforms for data analysis and reporting Proven ability to design research plans and deliver actionable insights Skilled in BI tools and dashboard development to support strategic decision-making
