United Trades of America is seeking motivated and reliable Construction General Laborers to join our team in Hammond, Louisiana. This position is ideal for locals only (no travelers) who are not afraid of heights and are eager to contribute to various construction projects.

• Responsibilities :
• Assist with site preparation and clean-up
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools
• Work at heights safely and confidently
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
• Requirements :
• Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Must be a local resident of Indianapolis, Indiana (no travelers or per diem)
