65k-$80k Depending on experience

  • Clinical Supervisor schedule is an 8 hour / 5-day work week with some Saturdays. Treatment Center hours are from 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. and Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

    Job Summary

  • Responsible for the clinical supervision of counselors / professionals in training, counselors / professionals requiring supervision by regulatory authorities, and / or counselors / professionals who are working towards their certification or licensure as well as providing guidance and assistance to the counseling team as needed.
  • Assisting patients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
  • Helping the patients prepare and adjust to a drug free existence, and to offer assistance (emotional and physical) in problematic issues.
  • The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the provision of services to assigned patients and adherence to schedules, established treatment program policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Minimum Requirements

    The ideal candidate must comply with federal and state regulations regarding certification, licensure and degree of a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) II and QMHA and meet the qualifications listed below :

  • Five years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use disorders counseling; or
  • A bachelor's degree and four years of paid full-time experience in the social services field, with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience; or
  • A master's degree and three years of paid full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet the requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
