About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategy Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for assessing complex business problems, identifying strategic opportunities, and delivering data-driven recommendations that drive transformation and measurable business value. You will work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, business units, and product / technology teams to align strategies with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and lead strategic initiatives that support corporate objectives and long-term growth.Conduct internal and external analysis (SWOT, PESTEL, market sizing, competitor analysis) to identify opportunities and risks.Translate strategic direction into actionable roadmaps and operating models.
  • Business Case Development Build robust financial models, ROI assessments, and business cases for investments, transformation initiatives, or new ventures.Partner with Finance and Analytics to validate assumptions and KPIs.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement Prepare executive-level presentations and briefings for C-level stakeholders.Lead workshops and strategic sessions to gather inputs, align stakeholders, and shape vision.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with business, technology, data, and operations teams to ensure feasibility and successful execution of strategic initiatives.Act as a thought partner to business leaders and challenge assumptions with data and insight.
  • Change & Transformation Support organizational change efforts related to digital transformation, M&A, operating model shifts, or go-to-market strategy.Monitor initiative progress and track outcomes vs. baseline metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning roles.
  • Strong understanding of business models, financial analysis, and competitive strategy.
  • Proficient in problem-solving frameworks, executive storytelling, and data interpretation.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, or financial modeling software.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in [industry, e.g., Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing].
  • Familiarity with transformation programs, OKRs, or Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to AI / ML, digital platforms, cloud strategy, or data-driven initiatives is a plus.
