• Employment Type : Part-time 15-16 hours per month not to exceed 500 hours per year.
• Estimated Pay : $44.00 - $46.00 per hour based on experience.

Working Hours

The System Administrator will perform tasks during the Governments primary operational hours Monday through Friday 6 : 00 AM through 6 : 00 PM. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Telework may be authorized with coordination with the COR and approved by the Contracting Officer (CO).

Engineering Technician

Summary of Duties

The Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) is the medical certification education research and occupational medicine arm of the Office of Aerospace Medicine (AAM) under the auspices of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Aviation Safety (AVS). The Aerospace Medical Research Division of CAMI (AAM-600) is located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City OK.

The Aerospace Medical Research Division accomplishes the following core functions in support of the FAAs aviation safety mission. The System Administrator (Network & Computer Systems Administrator) will support the Knowledge Management Team of the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute in administering and maintaining the servers software and networks that comprise the local knowledge management system. The role also involves assisting in monitoring system security updating and installing security patches and software as necessary and responding to periodic system security assessments.
