A knack for analyzing income docs, credit reports, appraisals-you name it! Leadership skills that inspire confidence and teamwork. Stellar communication and decision-making abilities. A passion for member service and a drive to go above and beyond. High school diploma or GED. Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with NMLS. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Ability to pass the California notary exam (bonus points!). 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime. Light physical activity in a comfy office setting. Minimal travel (up to 10%).

- Guide members through the loan process with clarity and care-making their experience smooth and memorable.
- Keep CBC's mortgage lending operations running like a well-oiled machine by applying your expertise and following our awesome policies.
- Collaborate with processors, closers, and sales teams to ensure every loan is a success story.
- Stay sharp with Freddie, FHA, VA, and Bond Programs-and help train others to be just as awesome.
