Job Summary
The Entry Level Inspire Programmer will support the development and maintenance of customer communication templates and workflows that drive PCI's print and mail operations. This is a full-time, entry-level role designed for a recent college graduate who wants to apply their technical foundation and quickly grow their skills in a production-focused software environment.
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn the Quadient Inspire (GMC) platform and related automation tools. Quadient Inspire is the platform PCI uses to create and maintain complex, personalized customer communications, simplifying document design, management, and automation. Success in this position requires the ability to learn quickly, work independently, and take ownership of building knowledge through hands-on experience.
This role offers exposure to real-world enterprise software practices and involves close collaboration with team members across Customer Service, Implementation, and QA. It provides a strong foundation for building a long-term career in document composition, automation, or broader technical roles within PCI Group.
