Area Sales Manager, Rental

N C The CAT Rental Store  offers an extensive range of high-quality rental equipment and tools from Caterpillar, plus 70 other reputable brands. We cover a vast territory that includes central and western Washington, central and eastern Montana, northwestern Wyoming, northwestern North Dakota and the state of Alaska. We are the Pacific Northwest’s Caterpillar Dealer delivering from small excavation tasks to large-scale construction projects.

Our opening for an  Area Sales Manager  will be a member of our leadership team at  N C The CAT Rental Store  located at our Tukwila  branch. This position will lead a group of employees to include but not limited to the following :

Sales Management

• Effectively lead our N C The CAT Rental Sales team in assigned territory of our Washington region.
• Oversee N C The CAT Rental Store territory for revenue growth, P&L, customer satisfaction and personnel responsibilities.
• Formulate business plans, programs, manage budgets for assigned region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities. Manage potential product challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
• Manage the business operations and area performance in alignment with Company objectives through continuous evaluation of statistical reports.
