As a key member of the User Experience and Design team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of their digital platforms, used by millions of clients. This exciting role offers the chance to :

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of UX designers, visual designers, content writers, and researchers.
Contribute to the design of cutting-edge software across desktop and mobile platforms.
Work on high-impact projects that directly influence the financial well-being of users.
Leverage user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

What You’ll Do :

Facilitate collaborative design sessions, lead design reviews, and drive design decisions.

Create design solutions that enhance the user experience across various platforms.

Translate established design patterns and systems to ensure consistency and brand alignment.

Visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.

Set design schedules, manage project timelines, and communicate project status.

Conduct primary design activities, create deliverables, and ensure quality assurance.

Participate in user research efforts and incorporate findings into design solutions.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Must-Haves :

6+ years of interaction design experience focused on digital products.

A strong online portfolio showcasing your design process and thinking.

Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Mural, and InVision.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience running design sessions with cross-functional teams.

Experience working with financial services or related industries.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.01 to $71.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
