Assistant Vice President Of Planning And Analytics
Maimonides Health is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Assistant Vice President of Planning and Analytics to lead enterprise planning, reporting and market intelligence efforts. In this role, youll partner with senior leadership to turn data into actionable insights that inform strategy, optimize operations, and support growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and facility planning across a growing, mission-driven health system, aligning resources and services with organizational priorities.
- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure operational and strategic initiatives are coordinated and effective.
- Utilize data, insights, and community awareness to inform decisions that drive equitable growth and organizational performance.
- Develop and maintain monthly executive dashboards and enterprise reports to track performance and support leadership decision-making.
- Conduct quarterly trend analysis and comprehensive market assessments using internal and external data sources.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, including annual AHA surveys and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across business intelligence platforms.
- Provide analytical expertise to operational, clinical, and financial teams across the organization.
Qualifications
Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field.Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive healthcare experience, including leadership in planning, analytics, or strategy.Proven experience in data-driven decision support and business intelligence leadership.Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data modeling; expert-level Excel capabilities.Experience analytical, problem solving, and communication skillsStrong project management abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams.Pay Range
USD $175,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 / Yr.
