We are searching for a tal ented Director, Medical Oncology.

This position has oversight of the Cancer Centers in Fall River, MA and Fairhaven, MA.

Compensation : Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Under the direction of the Care Center VP and in collaboration with the SPG / SHG Leadership, perform diversified duties in support of the development, implementation, oversight and operations of the Medical Oncology Service line / department. Work collaboratively with the Medical Director of Medical Oncology to achieve department goals and industry standards. Ensure the delivery of high quality oncology care to patients using benchmarks and best practice standards. Endorse a collaborative and integrated Oncology care model across disciplines and service lines. Demonstrate leadership competency in customer service, human resource management, financial outcome management and quality improvement.
